Speaking Requests

Celeste Goodwin is available to speak to groups about undiagnosed hypertension in her son, Matthew, and the events that led to the formation of the NPBPAF.  The importance of routine blood pressure screenings is a topic that will be covered.  She will also talk about the negative effects of high blood pressure in children. Including the impact on the long-term health of children and their risk factors as well as the financial savings of insurance companies and private paying individuals with routine screenings.  She will also discuss the  work of the National Pediatric Blood Pressure Awareness Foundation and the positive changes to come from performing routine blood pressure monitoring for all children.  Her speeches are typically 45 minutes - 1 hour.  If you need more or less time, please include this information in your request email.

Celeste speaks often in the healthcare arena, particularly to the nursing community about the importance of nurses during patient care.  She discusses the valuable importance of patient advocacy and the need for it.

We welcome all speaking invitations, and will try to accomodate as many requests as possible as scheduling permits.
